New Ipad with M1chip launched by Apple

As we have seen previously that the M1 chipset has done amazing work when Apple installed it in their Macbook. It was so efficient that they didn't even needed a fan for cooling the Macbook. It was faster and had lower power consumption. So this year, Apple decided to bring this chipset to their Tabs. Today apple launched their new Ipad pro with M1 fitted inside it. They have said that by installing the chipset the performance of Ipad pro has boosted 85% than the previous version and you get 40% more graphics. (You know, the usual number game the play every year.) So lets see what they had done this year.

 

Talking of design, you get a flat edge. whole body is made by Aluminum. This is the first time ever that they have introduced a thunderbolt port into an Ipad. Yes, this Ipad pro has the Thunderbolt port with which you can connect high speed storage devices and other Peripherals. It has four speakers-  2 at the top and 2 at the bottom. also 4 microphones for crystal clear sound in meetings.

There is lot to talk about display, In the 11 inch version you get LED backlit Multi-touch display with IPS technology, 2388x1668-pixel resolution at 264 pixels per inch (ppi), fingerprint resistant Oleophobic coating, Pro-motion technology and Apple pencil(2nd gen) support. 

 

The other 12.9  inch variant has the first ever Liquid Retina XDR display 32.77 cm / 12.9-inch (diagonal) mini-LED backlit Multi‑Touch display with IPS technology. 2D backlighting system with 2596 full‑array local dimming zones. These dimming zones use machine learning to determine when to dim or bright the display according the content displayed on it, Pro-motion technology, True tone technology for more natural colors, Wide color Technology for more color variety in images. It is the most brightest display ever on a device( as they said).

Coming to the performance, it has the M1 Chip (as you don't know) with 8-core CPU divided in four cores for performance and another four for efficiency, 8-core GPU, 16-core neural engine.

Now its the camera's Turn,

So this Ipad has improved camera system with a Lidar sensor for depth-sensing technology. It has 2 cameras at the back-First one is wide sensor of 12 MP and other one is Ultra wide of 10 MP with 2x optical zoom and 5x digital zoom. True tone flash, Panorama upto 63 MP, smart HDR3, Auto Image stabilization.

The front camera is also full of new tech, This 12 MP ultra wide sensor comes with a new feature called Centre Stage with which the front camera trackes the subject and moves according to the subject's movements to keep it in frame.

The True Depth feature allows the user to unlock the Ipad with face id.

You can record 4K videos at 24, 25 ,30 or 60 fps with audio zoom slow-motion videos at 1080p with 120 or 240 fps.cinematic video stabilization, continuous focus and many more features.

The Ipad pro has wifi-6 and Bluetooth 5.0 and It is 5G enabled with Nano-sim and e-sim support.

Apple also said that they were successful in their saving the environment mission and they are continuing this as Ipad pro is also made up of 100% recyclable material and their upcoming products will also made up of these materials.
